General Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a lesson card, you agree to the following terms:

Lesson Cards

  • Lesson cards are personal and non-transferable.
  • Lesson cards are valid from the date of the first paid lesson.
  • 4-lesson cards are valid for 4 months.
  • 10-lesson cards are valid for 8 months.

Scheduling

Lessons can be scheduled in consultation or via the online booking system, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be deducted from the lesson card.

Payment

Lesson cards must be paid in full before the first lesson.

Expiration

Unused lessons expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded or extended, except in exceptional circumstances at the teacher's discretion.
